Australian Trade Floors started exactly where most good trade businesses start: one bloke, one van, and a job to do. No showroom. No flashy office. No commission-paid sales staff. Just turning up on time, doing it right the first time, and standing behind the work.
Ten years on, we're still family-run and based on the NSW Central Coast - but the operation has grown to cover the Central Coast, Hunter Valley, Newcastle, and Sydney. What hasn't changed is who answers the phone, who quotes the job, and who makes sure your floor is laid the way it should be.
We believe flooring should be simple, transparent, and built to last. No retail markup. No "we'll get back to you" stalling. No surprise charges once the subfloor is signed off. Just honest trade pricing, real timelines, and work that holds up because we treat every floor like it's going into our own home.
If you call us, we answer. If we quote, we honour it. If something goes wrong after install, we come back and fix it. That's the deal - same as it was on day one.
