Every quote is priced for the substrate preparation your floor actually needs - grinding, levelling and moisture mitigation, done properly before installation begins. It is the difference between a floor that lasts a decade and one that fails within the year. Our published package prices assume a substrate in reasonable condition; if extra prep is needed we'll price it during your free site check, before anything is booked.
