For a single bathroom or laundry it's often more economical to combine prep with the install job. Larger ground-level work, garages, and commercial spaces are our sweet spot.

Yes. Send us the spec sheet, design drawings, or product data sheet for the top coat and we'll quote against it. We're familiar with most major systems - Ardex, Mapei, Sika, Bostik, Pyrafloor, and others - and will match the prep scope to the manufacturer's requirements rather than guessing.

Standard lead time is 1-2 weeks from quote acceptance. For urgent jobs we can often start within 48-72 hours depending on crew availability. For ongoing builder relationships we typically pre-book recurring slots so you're not chasing dates each time.

Yes for commercial work - retail, hospitality, offices. Weekend and overnight scheduling is built into our quoting for occupied premises. There's a premium for out-of-hours work but it's often cheaper overall than losing trading days.

Dust control is non-negotiable on our jobs. Every grinder is paired with a HEPA-filtered industrial vacuum that captures airborne dust at source. Site is vacuumed and wiped down at job end. We've been brought into jobs specifically because the previous contractor left the site uninhabitable - we don't repeat that mistake.

Yes, where the job requires it. Moisture readings and our recommendation on whether to proceed or apply a moisture barrier are supplied as part of handover documentation. Many top-coat manufacturers require this documentation to honour their product warranty.

Day-to-day work is run by myself and my partner with our own equipment. For larger jobs (300sqm+) or where multiple specialty trades are needed at once, we bring in trusted subcontractors we've worked with before. Either way the quote, the standards, and the accountability stay with us.
